How We Do It
Our account managers and recruiters start by meeting with customers and talent candidates to gain a thorough understanding of both our customers’ needs and our candidates’ attributes to ensure the best possible fit.
In order to connect with potential candidates, we may attend, sponsor, and host technology networking events, giving us insight and access to a variety of top talent.
We utilize a large and constantly updated national database of candidates who have stellar credentials and a history of successful placements. Our senior technical experts screen our candidates thoroughly to validate their level of expertise and experience. We only present candidates who know the technology, can embrace our customers’ overall and specific business goals and will comfortably fit into the culture and structure of the team with whom they would be placed.
